This is a mesh cover for the Swan 177 power supply. It provides adequate shielding and lets the power supply run much cooler than with the solder panel cover. Please ensure that you acoustically isolate the transformer from the chassis.  It keeps the conductive 60 Hz hum to a minimum.  The perforated metal is available from McMaster-Car.
